To begin an RP on the Speakeasy, you need to first create a thread. The first post in the thread needs to discuss the nature of the RP, the desired number of people, and the requirements that you desire in your roleplaying partners. Once you have started your thread and you have garnered enough interest, you must contact an RP moderator and request that a board be made so that your thread and any subsequent threads in your story be kept together. Once you have finished your RP's story, talk to a moderator and let them know that it needs to be moved to the Archives.
Any and all trolling should be reported to a moderator so that the offender can be punished. We want to foster a positive RPing experience here in the Speakeasy, so mind your manners (and your grammar).
