So one of the core beliefs of modern Asatru or Non-racist Heathenry is that if something feels real or right to any person, (universal morality applies), then it is real or right for that person.
Yesterday I realized something: I'm not really Asatru any more.
This came as a shock to me. And has been the case for apparently many years.
I am not Asatru.
I live my life based off of the teachings of Starfleet and the vast work and lectures taught by Gene Roddenberry. My entire life I have lived based off of the pricables and morality instilled in me, not from my anscestors or folk, but from what I saw on Star Trek when I was a little boy.
What do you believe?

Philosophical nihilist when I'm being purely objective, Negative Utilitarian when I'm not.

WOOP! Non-theist, because I believe that Atheism admits there may be a god/power/deity to not believe in. Not be confused Agnosticism which actively admits there's a god and just "does their own thing". Lately, a few recent events have me questioning, who I am, where I'm from, why I'm here, what is real and what isn't.
I'm just saying, when you have an active conversation with someone 200 feet away in your heads, it's kind of hard to figure out right away.

I thought agnostics don't believe simply because it hadn't been proven to them?

Utilitarianism = increasing happiness. Negative Utilitarianism = decreasing suffering.

Agnostics choose not to believe for a wide range of reasons, and that is definitely one of them, just like people choose to believe for an equally vast number of reasons. I essentially just paraphrased to avoid a much longer post about just some of the more common reasons.

To be fair Agnosticism literally means a lack of 'Knowing' hence the opposite of Gnosticism or knowing. Agnostics don't believe because they willingly admit that they do not have enough knowledge to to believe in any doctrine. Also Atheism is specifically believing there is no deity.

I don't believe because I don't know if I don't know or not.

I agree with you entirely that is the literal definition of both Atheism and Agnosticism, however, I'm referring to the social definitions of both. As with beliefs, is with non-beliefs, in that there is no one way to interpret any of it. A large group of former Atheists are moving to the term Nontheist. for the reason above, or something similar. This gives a broader spectrum of non-beliefs to more accurately describe what and/or why someone doesn't believe. Agnostics on the other hand are moving toward a better definition of whether or not they believe, and for some it's a choice. While the learned definition is as you stated, society and social groups are ever-changing, and in most cases, much faster than what is being recorded.
